All contributions must be made via check or money order.  Checks or money orders should be made payable to the “Committee to Elect Tim Winslow.”  Anyone that makes a contribution less than $100 must provide his or her name and address.  If anyone gives over $100, then he or she needs to provide his or her occupation, employer, and principal place of business address as well.
